Can't turn in Patch to Jaxon

Hi there so I bought a Patch minion to turn into Jaxon but it doesn't give me an option? Help? Hope I didn't waste 400k :O

I think you're supposed to turn in Snowflaik to get a Patch, not the other way around. Sorry!
