I know a lot of the theoretical arguments behind different speed tiers, but I would be curious to see what the actual final results of you choosing your various speed tiers.

I would be curious to see how many wins people with maxed out pets have on Prodigy, The Mage, Prakherash, Furious Meatslab, Mana Forj, Baenwurath, assuming you actually made an attempt to max out your wins even beyond 10 wins.

I would be curious how people attempting to outspeed the plot bosses do against the benchmark opponents as well.

Basically I'm curious: What was the logic behind how you picked your final speed, and did it pan out the way you thought it would, and seeing other peoples results, would you consider leeching and restarting some stats.

I originally picked 7,000 because the BAs said at one point that they had planned on scaling to that speed at some point in the future so I wanted to be safe. I also hate being hit by crit hits and enjoy crit hitting my opponents. The last boss had a speed of 8,000, but I didn't get hit by crit hits too often and still ended up exceeding my expectations on Crimsyn's total damage per battle. Overall, I think I made the right decision. I may change her other stats around slightly in the future, but I don't think I'll ever reduce the speed.

That being said, I may try out a different, lower speed on the build of my next pet. I'm still mulling that one over 😊

A bit random really. I didn't give it much thought. At the time, I was having some problems beating General Error, and somebody posted that to avoid crits from GE, you'd need to have 3334 speed. So that's probably why I ended up with 3400 speed, since I like round numbers. I'm not at the cap yet, so I have some space for adding stats. Speed will probably increase when I use my stash of boosters. I'm not going to leech it off, so it'll stay wherever it ends up afterwards.

I am planning to give my other pets different builds, so I'm probably going to have one with high speed. That's a pretty long term plan though, since they're only tier 9 and currently being trained evenly because I'm too lazy.

Have you maxed out your wins on the mage? Or did you just stop at 5/10?

Yep, I have the wins maxed out. It looks like Crimsyn defeated him while she was on the cusp of T13 with around 5,500 strength, 5,500 defense, 6,750 health, 4,250 speed, and 2,900 intelligence.

how many did you get to?

I have 11 right now, but I could probably go for more.

[edit]12th win was surprisingly easy, but he almost beat me on the last turn with a 333 icon bomb.

I think it would be interesting to see how far your pet with 7K speed can get compared with how many wins s 0 speed pet can get.
