This is just to let you know that we're aware of hexes not working. You will still get the count/achievements for getting hexed, but the hex doesn't show up on the HA.

I've been looking at it and working on a fix, so just hang on tight. It's been a wild ride this year but we're doing our best to fix the issues as they pop up. Thanks!

I'm hoping this is the last update I need to make about the hexes!

I made a small mistake in my code earlier that gave hexes incorrect expiration times. They're supposed to stick around for 15 to 30 minutes. My error set it to 15 to 30 hours instead. Oops.

I corrected this a couple minutes ago, so it should be setting them correctly from now on. When I did that, I also cleared everybody's hexes manually (because all hexes at that point would have lasted for another 10 hours at least if left by themselves).

However, if you do notice that your hex has not worn off after an hour or more, please ping me and I'll address it as soon as I can. Hopefully no one will have to ping :)

Actually that was unrelated, but yes that's another thing I did haha. I remembered to fix that when I was fixing the avatar image for when you get hexed because it reminded me. I've been trying to fix up the frontend where I can, as and waged war against our backend. Make sure you send them lots of love too! They were here all day yesterday fixing the server while I was passed out.

I double-checked and they are working. It looks like you're just unlucky.
