You get ToT items for every 5 people who have trick-or-treated at your house, so that's probably where you got them. Check your Events :)

On the left hand side near the top there should be two tabs: Dashboard and Events

i checked and it didn't say if anyone trick-or-treated at my avatar's house maybe people did and i was wasn't on subeta? i'm confused..

You can probably just use one of the 'other' options. Which one you pick isn't all that important. :)
