Not Receiving Pool Item after pool visit

Not sure if this is a glitch or what. But for the second time in about a week's time frame. i have visited the pool I got credit for visiting and the pool becomes empty like normal. But I dont get an event saying, what I received for visiting the pool. I visited the pool today around 10/13/17 2:13 am. So I cant tell what I got for event or even if I got an item credited to my account. I made a ticket and was told to comment in problem and Bugs forum section of the forums. If this isnt in the right section of Problems and Bugs forum please move thread. Please ping me with information ( )!
I can't even see the logs for the bathhouse right now but I am having a programmer look into it. Most likely if the pools emptied then you got something that goes directly to your currencies like a SBQ invite. It may be that you hit a bit of lag and the action sent twice which is why the message with the item didn't show. I will let you know as soon as I hear back.
