A bit about me. I'm 24 but I'm a big kid at heart. I like kpop, kdramas, anime, video games, reading, learning in general but I've been studying Korean lately. I really like going to historical places, museums, antique shops, things like that. I hope to be friends with you guys! ^^

Hi Bea, welcome to the community! I can definitely relate to being a kid at heart. My mom is Korean but she didn't teach us the language, but I've been dabbling in it over the years. Thank you! I've been interested in other cultures since childhood but I started learning about Korean culture in 2009 or so. I don't know much Korean but I've been studying on/off for a while. I'm hoping to go antiquing this weekend!

Welcome! I started trying to learn Korean, but I had trouble remembering all the alphabet symbols even. Since I'm in Tae Kwon Do, I know a few words though. :) I'm interested for sure, so that's very cool that you've been learning. Hope you enjoy your time here!

there are so many things you can do on here like dress up your HA, battle with your pet, collections and achievements, write stories about your pets, and the list goes on lol!

i'll watch anything as long as it's good tbh haha. my fav magical girl animes are probably cardcaptor sakura and sailor moon. i've heard madoka magica is good and dark but haven't gotten around to it because i can't get over their rectangular faces yet xD... i don't watch slice of life much because they usually end up boring me BUT there are a few exceptions like barakamon and natsume yuujinchou :D

I'm so bad at coming up with styles lol! I'm trying to come up with some autumnal avatar now but I wanna try something super cutesy in the future, like frills and ribbons? I haven't battled with my pet yet but soon!! I'm thinking for him the backstory will be something dealing with antiques or food. That's just how I picture him for some reason.

awww I knew it! Once I get around to watching, I'll give you a shout so we can chat about it! I love cardcaptor and sailor moon. I went and saw sailor moon r in theaters and they gave out these really nice postcard style artworks of the scouts. It was like a blind bag freebie sort of thing and I got sailor moon and sailor venus. ❤ did you hear there's a remake of cardcaptor coming out in 2018? I think you'll like madoka. It is dark but if you can deal with anime like... death note then I think you'd be fine with the dark side of madoka. what was your first anime/manga? mine was probably kiki's delivery service and then naruto hahaha.

I love it so much and I'm only like four episodes in. I only found out about it because I watched a girl play the melodica at a cosplay convention and she was following them around doing the theme! I was obsessed with it.

sounds good hehehe. oh that's so awesome! it's always nice to have anime merch yep i heard about ccs coming back! the prologue came out recently and it was so sweet and cute i do like dark animes too... maybe i'll try madoka when i have nothing to watch, which will be quite a while... my first anime was sailor moon xD i still remember completely falling in love with it when i was little LOL and then my love for anime began then :P

lol no rush at all! sailor moon was the first anime i really got into. i remember watching sailor moon, cardcaptor, yugioh, pokemon and digimon on a regular basis as a kid lol. ya know, all the 90's anime pretty much.

sameee, i watched them all in eng dub back then since they were shown on tv xD well except sailor moon, watched that in chinese first, with dragonball haha
