Why don't I get the ones I have? Not the redeem titles, but like this, for example:
Have at least 50 items in your Held layer of the wardrobe. 135 / 50
For layer achievements specifically, you need to go to this page to update them.

Your layer achievements look correct to me. I looked and you do appear to have the Held one, and the others also look correct.
If you have further problems with this, please submit a ticket and a UA will award you anything you should have but are missing.
