Shinwa's Quest Issue

I'm currently on part 2/5 of a Shinwa quest, she requested items from Alexander. I went and did a Library quest, got her fragment piece, and she will not complete the quest. She's acting as though I never got the piece from Alexander. Repeating Alexander's quests has no effect, since I had already gotten that fragment his quests will not give me another one.
I've never run into this problem with Shinwa before, so I figured I would share.

I can't remember if she will tell you after you revisit her again who she thinks has the piece or not, but double-check. Sometimes that page reloads (could have been a double-click) and the next one will be initiated without you seeing her take the previous piece.
If she's no longer telling you who might have it, try doing a quest for each of the other possible quest givers to see if they have it.
