I had this problem last week, but I thought the site was just glitching up and since I was about to leave on vacation. I just left it and figured it would be fixed when I got home, but it is not.

The explore map shows up only once, and when I click on a land, I cannot click on anything, regardless of how many times I hard refresh the page. As soon as I leave and try to go back to the map, it's just gone. There's nothing there. I had custom CSS, removed it, and it's still gone. I have tried switching to the default subeta layout as well, and nothing.

Obviously I don't need to point out I can't play the game very well with no map. Using Safari Version 11.0 (12604.1.38.1.7).

When I clicked today, I assumed it was a bug from days ago and it was fixed. I went into centropolis, and nothing was clickable. I hard refreshed about 10 times, and still nothing. So I clicked explore again to see if for some reason it just wasn't triggering I was there (and to try another land), and it is now gone. Also hard refreshed about 15 times and nothing.

I have Chrome and it works so it must be Safari specific.

- This is a very old Safari-specific problem. Before the forums were wiped, I had posted about it, but never seen it resolved.

Going along with the maps not even loading, there's an additional Safari-specific map problem. I'm guessing the two go hand-in-hand. Sometimes, when the map does load, it's not clickable. It appears to be just a static image with no links attached to it. For example, right now, I'm looking at the map for Delphi Beach. I can see everything perfectly fine, but can't click a single thing. No bug catching, seashell spotter, art gallery, or carnival.

i have issues with this too, also using safari. sometimes the map shows, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it shows but without any clickable areas. same as was saying. also biggest problems with delphi & pina park.

i hope it's resolved, because i've had issues with other browsers, and now have to use safari instead of chrome or firefox.

at the moment, this is what i'm seeing. i've cleared my cache, refreshed repeatedly, and it's been blank for at least 10 minutes now.

it's been particularly bad in the last few days. been blank for 10 mins today, yesterday i spent 5 minutes refreshing Delphi before i could click on any of the areas.

e/ also, i usually find that the explore map will go missing or static/unclickable, but land maps (arctic frost, centropolis, etc) will go static occasionally but won't go missing.

np! the missing map thing is super annoying (esp now that merana shows up on the explore map), so some pastebin posts is the least i can do if it means or one of the other programmers can figure out why it does this ;w;

oh, boo. i have adblock disabled for subeta anyway ("don't run on pages on this domain"), but it's disabling the extension entirely that seems to fix the missing map situation. i suppose i should find an alternative, at least for now p:

(my only other extensions are feedly and better twitch tv, and dis/abling those doesn't do anything to the page.)

it's betafish inc's adblock - i've used it for ages 'cause it's convenient, but tbh it doesn't play nice with some sites anyhow so i've been meaning to change. i'll look into ublock origin first, i've seen good reviews for that one o:
