I'm on my xbox one and I've always been able to order my pets but now I can't since the pet order page overhaul, HELP!

For Firefox ESR, when I hold down the pet, it disappears when I drag it. Never had this problem until now.

It's working for me now and yes, it's doing exactly what you described. I don't know why it wasn't able to do anything during that time. Thanks for checking it out!

Hm, strange. Do you know if FF ESR automatically updates, or you have to do it manually? I looked up ESR and according to their website it's meant for organizations rather than personal use, so it sounds like it does not update as often, but that perhaps it comes with some technical support that you could contact if you have any problems with it?

It could be set through Options -> Advanced tab just like regular FF. I checked mines and it's that latest version.

It was really slow during the evening with all the users on compared to now, although it's kind of far fetched to link that to the cause. It's not huge and common issue to contact tech support with, but I thank you for suggesting it :)

Yeah, it's unlikely it has to do with lag, because it is not happening serverside. But let me know if you notice the issue happening again, or find some way to trigger it, and I'll open my Firefox up and see if I can catch it too :)

Yes, I'll keep an eye on it, and let you know if it arises again. Since the OP didn't leave a description of what happened, I was curious and tested it. Maybe it's just a coincidence and odd chance it messed up for me too.

No I haven't. It shouldn't matter when this site has given me no glitch problem until the odd update on subeta's part, I get on my xbox far more then I do my lap top, can't ANYTHING be done to fix it? I do love being on subeta and would hate to give it up just because the simple things that use to work before no longer do ? I have also used my card on my xbox for CSC and that works fine so why not ordering my pet?

Also microsoft makes users have to use their Bing browser, don't know if that helps, my first time having a problem this big that I had to make a topic about it. I also have Aspergers and I don't think when it comes to trying to explain any type of problem that needs me to do just that.

I felt I should explain myself because of the other poster saying I didn't explain the problem better.

I just remembered the same thing happens with my wardrobe also in that I can't click and drag anything, same with my pets.

With the xbox one microsoft has been making updates and the only browser on mine is bing and as far as I know I have no other browser on my xbox one.

Yes I just saw that and tried ordering my pets and sadly it still just stays in one place and won't move when I hold down my A botton to drag the pet I wish to move.
