What do I need to do to beat this dude? I have some weapons and even less scrolls but any advice would be more that welcome.

The Cap bears some similarities to the Panzer Hydra earlier in Masqerade: Lots of hp, can't block everything thrown at you, and can hit like a tank.

Unlike Panzer Hydra, he could be frozen, so you might not need to have well over 6k hp, depending on how many freezing scrolls you can equip. But he steals and that can be a round ender. If you have over 4k speed, that's also another bonus for you. Overall, he is still very tough. Possibly easier at first, but tougher than Hydra later.

I find that the best pair of weapons to equip are:

1. A wind blocker - Such as the Trident of the Banished One or Swashbuckle
2. A earth-dark combo blocker - Which only the Tainted Keeper Skull Staff can provide

Because here is what you're facing:

Captains Defensive Hat Shows uncommonly together, so possibly 2 of them. :dmg:water:50-60 (Block of everything except fire)30

Angry Polly Shows together sometimes, so possibly 3 of them. Mid steal rate, but still notable in prolonged battle. This is arguably the most dangerous, and should be hopefully blasted. :dmg:wind:100 :dmg:physical:20

Maelstrom Shows together sometimes, so possibly 3 of them. (Attack not exact, range will vary slightly) :dmg:earth:16 :dmg🧊24 :dmg:wind:10 :dmg:light:28 :dmg:magma:10 :block🧊15 :block:wind:15 :block:light:15 :block:water:15

Cork Pop Shows together sometimes, so possibly 3 of them. :dmg:dark:25 :dmg:earth:20 :dmg🧊15 :dmg:wind:35-40 :block:physical:60 :block:dark:50

Hmmm I don;t agree with the TKSS, thats basically a wasted constant because your aiming for one attack, your better off with a solid earth, or ice block paired with wind block. Preferably ice over earth (much easier to come by)

You both have a decent amount of AP, so use that to your advantage, stock up on the freezing scrolls! You'll want to mod your weapons with 2 parched + 2 bona on each, because he can freeze you and he WILL steal yo shit.

I got to 5 wins with; Health: 6150 / 6150 Strength: 4300 Defense: 3500 Speed: 3250 Intelligence: 2989 AP: 186

sidenote; If you wanna cheap water block you could try and use the liquid flame torch for its blessing? Thats what I did anyway. But that only activates when you have >20% HP and it offers no block useful to this fight :P

See if you can get a hold of MW. Just in case he steals your weapons, just steal them right back from him. Also, the water block will be a plus. I got 5 wins using Blessed Trident, MW, and the usuals.

bona's from the Blessing of Natural Armor Tear Crystal. Prevents freezing and stealing for 2 turns, 10 percent activation (well hopefully). The battle shop's closed and there's currently only on on SS, so you'll have to ask others to see if they have any stockpiled.

MW is the Manifesting Weapon. It's a T12 godly that blocks 100 water. It's an achievement item from beating Rouland 10 times during Morostide.
