I've recently decided to make my on- and off- jewelry making stints (mostly as b-day gifts and some such) a more permanent hobby and I'm working to actually have a slightly more legit workplace set up in the basement. In the meanwhile have some recent creations I'm very pleased with :D

A simple ring as well as small rough turquoise beads and hammered copper wire earrings, graciously modelled (and owned, haha) by my older sister.
oh, those are pretty! There's a need for a bracelet!
not sure i'd wear these though - even though my ears are pierced i can only wear certain metals such as silver, stainless steel.. i have these really cute earrings with a slice of cake and the metal part that goes through the lobe gets me irritated, or injured. i can't wear them for a long time. :/ I have no idea how i'd react to copper.

Haha, thank you :D I do make bracelets sometimes, actually, there isn't a super recent one though or in this exact technique :')

And yeah, I'm aware that can unfortunately be a problem, copper in general is very reactive and vulnerable to humidity etc. I actually cover it all with a couple of layers of clear varnish so that it stays shiny and blue? I think that could potentially alleviate the issue perhaps. Tbh though my ears are not pierced either, ahah, and I am not sure at this point I'm ever gonna do it. I mostly make ear cuffs for myself, sometimes with hanging fragments, but people don't realize what they are for the most part, so I don't really take pictures?
you should open an etsy store. maybe you'll be successful ;) i really like these things: they look nice. you could try and replicate jewelry from antiquity.. XD those were pretty imho

I'm thinking about it XD Except getting that kind of income could get me in trouble under the current law in my country, unless I registered myself as a small business? The law is supposedly going to change within the next few months though, so I'm waiting until then XD
That is not a bad idea! I'll see what I can scrounge up....
