I'm a guy but don't mind it being female or more feminine male, but no other real preferences besides it being not super expensive I guess.

It's less than 2 mil total and I didn't know how crazy you wanna get with backgrounds or clutter so I kept it pretty simple. I also left the default features on the face because wow it's hard to find eye items that aren't really feminine @ __ @

You can play around with those a bit, and maybe you'll find a version you want to buy. :) Some are expensive and might take some saving, but others are cheaper...
