Please shorten it. And can we get a limit on how long item descriptions can be so this kind of thing stops happening? I love a good item description, but when they're so long they stretch the hovers like this, they're just a nuisance. :(

Edit: Another suggestion, if this is possible to do. Rather than cut out part of the description entirely, is there any way the hover could show just a few lines? Then if you want to see the whole thing, look at the item from your inventory. This way, items can have long descriptions without creating these ridiculously large hovers.

This probably belongs more in the Suggestions forum since it's not really a bug.

I kind of like the long story descriptions for some items, but I can see how it's annoying for people with smaller screens. I think it would be cool if it was possible to have a few lines of the description and then maybe a "read more" button or something if you wanted to see the whole thing (if that's possible).

Well, the board's called "Problems and Bugs", and long descriptions are causing a problem. But if staff thinks it's more appropriate for Suggestions, it's their call.

I was going to suggest a "read more", but I don't know how feasible that would be on an item hover. If it can be done, then cool.
