I've suggested this before but the old thread is too old to post on anymore. Anyway, I'd love to see more classic/old fashioned candy! Perfect for Morostide!

I like the idea of other candies and those mallow cups look so good. :9

One old candy I can really think of right now is called "dragon whisker" or "dragon beard" It's a kind of pulled sugar with tasty bits in the middle; like little spider cocoons.

Or, some milk candies; they're like little hard balls of cream. They also come in coffee and coffee-milk flavors.

I don't think the site has either and they're both pretty good.

And I know that those types of candies you have listed as "Some pretty hard candies" have a name, but I can't think of it. They're made by rolling different colors of sugar into tubes and layering the tubes together to make what will be the final shapes. Then, they're rolled into a smaller and smaller tube and cut, revealing the shape/pattern. Man, what are those?

[edit]Here's some candies that are C. Howard's/Choward's "mints", but they come in some crazy flavors, like violet, guava, and lemon. They also have really attractive packaging that could be spoofed and would lend itself to being recolored.

There's also the little mushroom chocolate candies. delicious. And the shoots version.

Holy shit I love dragon's beard candy! o3o I think I would implode if subeta had a dragon's beard item.

And yeah I couldn't remember the name of those hard candies either lol

all the candies i wanted to mention have already been mentioned, i think, so i just want to 1) profess my support and love for sweets and 2) say that i think? those pretty hard candies are just called "image candies" or (according to wikipedia) sometimes "slices of rock". i think they're really cute, i hope we see 'em on the site at some point :)

lmao i scrolled over them while trying to find a top for this outfit, that's the only reason i remembered they exist. and we only have fruit ones so i think cute holiday ones would be good too!

Whoa. Vesnali items from this year, even! (& watermelon is the worst. I'm not sure that should even count as food, but i guess that there are a few other flavors too.)

It is hard to know all of the items on site. (83,659 items! (ó﹏ò;) oh my.)

There could still be more, I guess. Cool ones: NPC face ones, pumpkin ones, false mint ones, and so forth.

(dragon fruit > watermelon > apple > lemon > kiwi ;w;) they're achievement items too, i think; i wouldn't have fed them to my eater pet otherwise. but yeah, there's only the five and there's lots of opportunities for new ones! i didn't even think about npc face ones, that would be super cute o we missed out on esther and emma having E&E ones as wedding favors, haha

You've got everything I was going to suggest haha.

My aunt use to have hoards of neccos, strawberry bonbons, and hard caramels every where all the time, and she'd always buy a box of ribbon candy for the holidays. And my Nana loved mallow cups. They were hard to find in my area and she'd always make a beeline for them if we saw some. ❤ memories

The only other candy I can think of is a Skybar but I think we already have one?

That spider coccoon sweets are perfect for Morostide, in all honesty! :)

I thought I might add some old-fashioned sweets that I know of:

• Humbugs (in time for Luminaire)
• Walnut Whips (Chocolate with a gooey marshmallow centre topped with a walnut)
• Foam Bananas or Candy Bananas similar to
• Choc covered Foam Bananas (same as above but with chocolate)
• Strawberry Pencils (or any other flavour)
• Catherine Wheels or Licorice Rolls
• Coconut Ice
• Peppermint creams: xx

Also would love to see some more marshmallow items that could be used for the bakery

The fancy rock-slice candies with images inside were always known to me as millefiore after the beads.
