i was 50/50 on this being a problem vs this is working as intended. if it's the latter, please boot me back to suggestions and ideas ;>>

if you search for an achievement in progress (/achievements.php#/search/WORDS), it will show you your progress - i.e., searching for "are you sure i can eat this" tells me i'm just missing coconut crunchy spider pop.

if you click on the direct link for an achievement in progress (/achievements.php#/achievement/NUMBERS), it does not show any progress - i.e., the page for "are you sure i can eat this" says i haven't fed any of the items.

using the direct link for an achievement should provide the same results as searching for it, yeah? in case this is yet another funky browser problem, i'm on safari 10.1.2.

july 16 2019 - still a problem

i think i saw this problem during the gelly war (so, late august, pretty recent) and i want to say i've run into it before that, but my memory's not the most reliable so i can't be sure.

@/Reya it doesn't look fixed on my end (safari 11.0.2). the example ("are you sure i can eat this") is still red (0/1) when i click the direct link, but it should be green now, as i've finished it (and it is green when i search for it). the same thing happens with other achievements, like "i understood that reference" should show some progress but instead it still shows buy links for all the books.

[edit] Aug 25 2018 -- this is still a thing i'm missing three items for "came, saw, unimpressed" but the direct link /achievements.php#/achievement/1369 shows buy links for all the backgrounds.

I'm having problems with achievements as well. My achievements just won't update; especially the wardrobe achievements give me trouble.

For example:

I've got all the items asked for in my wardrobe when it comes to the following achievement: https://subeta.net/achievements.php#/achievement/300

But it just won't update. I've been to every page in my wardrobe and back, looked up the specific items in my wardrobe, I've refreshed all pages several times, clicked the achievement and refreshed that page several times, but nothing happens. It keeps telling me I don't have any of those items in my wardrobe.

For the non-wardrobe achievements going to the collection the items are supposed to be in, and then going to my achievements doesn't work; I actually have to click the title of the achievement in order to get it. But, I do get the achievement so that's fine :) It's the wardrobe ones that give me headaches.

This has been an issue for me for a couple of weeks now. I tried both Firefox and Chrome. I'm on Windows 10 Pro and I use Chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit), and Firefox Version 69.0.1 (64 bit).

Besides the above I also have the issue that Jensen has; when I look at my achievement page I see I have 3/4 items, but when I click the achievement is says I have 0/4.

I've had the same issue as since we moved to the new achievement system way back when. It's always showed an incorrect count when viewing the achievement directly by clicking on the achievement name.

Clicking on say..."Got a Stew Going" (which I have and is green in the main achievement food section and also if I search stew or any other part of the achievement title) does this:

Got a Stew Going Feed the following items to one of your pets! 0 / 1

And shows it to me as not complete. And it's like that for literally every single achievement I have. Clicking on the name to view it directly shows it as incomplete.

Having trouble with a battle achievement not counting ToT

Mad Miscalculation Defeat the Mad Scientist 10 times in battle! 0 / 10

But I just finished about a week ago getting the 10th win, as seen in his wins; LINK ToT I was waiting hoping the cache would catch up but I don't have / haven't had this problem with any other battle achievement. (I got a few others tonight just fine and they updated perfectly / achieved perfectly.)

that’s different, old battle achievos are broken :< you gotta file a ticket for that!

yeah this is legit just how the current achievement system has always been. it's still like this. i always chalked it up as "one of those broken things that is always gonna Be Like That because if it was gonna get fixed surely someone would have noticed and fixed it by now."

sorry friend ;o; it's hard to tell which ones are broken but as far as i know, few old battle achievements (your's, killed a kiwi, here kitty kitty, and i think some others) haven't been tracking wins correctly and need tickets to be awarded. hopefully you only run into one broken one! ;w;

Oh well I suppose I got lucky then because the other two you mentioned worked just fine for me, but this one won't heh. What a stinker ToT

they might've been fixed & i missed it, it's been quite a while since they broke! (like... two years or so, i think.) either way, fingers crossed that's the only other one acting funny ;w;

fingers crossed this problem is similarly cooperative (or at least fingers crossed it's not a "safari hates audio files"-style problem, hah)

Just want to mention, I've also noticed this happening for my achievements too, for as long as I can remember since we switched to this version of the achievement system.

I always use Chrome for Subeta, so I don't think it's something browser related. Just for some reason the individual achievement links don't show the correct information like the other pages do.
