It's very easy to change the colour of your HA base, or use a skin but there are no foundation or other makeup base items that I can recall seeing onsite.

Of the suggested items, none of these need to be wearable.

This would be amazing! We just need more basic makeup items too, wearable or not. More palettes (eyeshadow, lipstick, blush, highlight, contour), more types of products (we seem to have 0 highlighters?!), and some cute "holiday sets" (box of lipsticks, set of different items, holiday-themed palettes, etc) are my top wishes.

These are fun ideas.

I didn't even think about doing the highlight/contour as a wearable but that actually would be cool.

Sometimes when I see expensive makeup items I just want the item image for treasure chests. It's difficult to have to make a choice between wearing the item or having it in the pet treasure :S
