I have had this problem 2 days in a row now.

I go through all 3 steps to autoprice (get items, submit prices, AND then the autoprice button) but when I go back into my shop many items are still a 0sP or unchanged. I have too many items in my shop to tell but it looks like it may be updating some?

When I got back to the autopricing page I get two messages, one that says I can pay 24CSC and autoprice again, but above that is also one that says there was an error with my autoprice submission. There is a link to click on, but when I do it goes to a page that looks like my shop inventory but nothing ever loads.

Any suggestions would be great, I'm sitting on a lot of inventory and I am not moving around anything else until I can get this resolved.

I'm not having this issue, but I'm seeing mass amounts of under priced items after I ap. About the first 3 pages of my shop when I sort to ascending prices. I really don't know if its hand pricers lowering or if its the autopricer bugging out. I'm just storing my items for the time being also, because I spend a lot of time gathering them. It also seems weird that almost my whole first page is all "500" sp. Its such an even number across so many items. I've had to remove them from my shop and buy up the others (about 15-20 per shop search) then hand price them. Its really too much work so I'll just shove them in my vault until I know this is cleared up.

I found a few rares in there for 500 or less as well. So its not just mundane items, it's all rarities.

If you file a ticket, I believe they can reset it for you.

Sometimes there are people who quit and price everything low or sometimes there are people who just price things low. I would take a handful and do a shop search to see if there are others on the search who are pricing it the same.

My only issue is that I can't tell who has autopriced and ended up with that price, or if they set it to that price. That's why I was wondering lol. I normally only mess with my prices once a day and by then everyone else has already done their thing. I just wasn't sure if it was a bug or what. I've been seeing it for a good week or two though.

I would say if one or more people have it at that price, then it is not a bug but without seeing the stuff you speak of, I can't say for sure. There are plenty of "rare" rarity items that are cheap. There are a lot of things that can cause that; not a high demand, free shop, it used to restock a lot, not a lot of quest givers asking for it, vending, etc.

Alright, I just did mine. and i have another set of items down to 500 that are even showing their lowest price (when you hover) as higher than mine. I know there is some time in the cache to catch up, but its been doing this with many items for me for a week or two. Here are the ones with a decent amount of a gap where it just jumps up in price...

I'm sorry, I dont mean to be such a pain, but its been bothering me. I have a screen too of the first few items in my shop with a hover. unfortunately, I've taken most of the rare items out of my shop for fragging so I dont have any really good examples.

The issue I was having was the autopricer would freeze halfway through and never update. I found out that most of the site works best for me in IE but certain things (specifically wardrobe and autorpricer) only seem to work in Chrome.

Once I straightened that out everything seems to be going swimmingly. :)
