Hello there, I would like to get some helping on pricing my arts (mostly USD/CSC), I'm not super sure about how much does my arts worth as I have only taken one commission before (I was scared of the pressure HAHA) and that is like, five years ago something ha h a.

Those are some of my recent works (my kids, gift arts, requests, trades) and the different types of arts I might be able to offer (I might need to add more categories as portrait as such tho)! I almost only do paint-y style and sorry if it makes thing harder orz. Thanks in advance for any help! c:

All the Full Body stuff could be done with super simple bg or transparent background too xD (and character w/bg can go without words on it too of course ).

These are absolutely beautiful, a lot of them have this nice ethereal look to them, which I really like! While I feel like the base price in the art market seems to be around $5 for colored sketch, $10 for full body, I honestly think that with your style, you could probably start...~$10+ for colored sketch, and ~$15+ for full body, and people would still buy it. (And I feel like your prices could also ramp up fairly quickly depending on demand xD) I don't want to lowball you, but sometimes the art market, but more established artists can post higher rates than new ones, so it can be a little hard to say.

That being said, I think some artists also factor in how long it takes them to do, e.g. full body vs colored sketch, and price proportionally accordingly.

Hope that helps as a starting point, I'm sure more experienced art buyers can also chime in. :)

Holy eff, your art is an absolute dream -- 100% Goals ; ;

For goodness' sake, don't lowball yourself. If you're worried about the pressure of taking commissions, I'd definitely say try doing a few auctions for your different styles (sketch, fullbody, overlay, full illustration), one after another rather than all at once. Don't bite off more than you can chew, and let youself get comfortable.

Also, as mentioned by , take into account how long it takes you to finish a piece.

I can't tell you prices for sure, but $15 for a sketchy fb, $25-30 for an overlay, and $30-40+ (depending on details) for a fullbody seems like a sensible place to start, perhaps? $1 = 100 CSC. (You might have to start slightly lower & work yourself up along with demand, though.)

As I said, auctions would probably help you get a better idea, and you can always adjust your prices along the way. Doing a couple of freebies might help you get your name out there as well (make sure to have a forum group that people can join!).
