is there any way to change my username? What's the difference between Subeta and neopets?

As to username changing, yes you can do it. Under the Personal tab at the top of the page you'll find Dashboard, then at the top of the left column "Username Sphirotz (Change Case) (Change Username)". It costs 1000 cash shop credits ($10 US). You can buy csc from other users too so it doesn't have to be real money ;)

As to the diff between Subeta and other pet sites, investigate and you'll find out ;)
