No matter how hard I try I can't get the table to move so the text aligns in the box. I've tried a lot of different things, but just can't get it right. Or at least it's felt like a lot of things over the past few days. I'm sadly not a CSS wizard, and have cobbled this together from the CSS help forums and a w3school website. D=
Any help would be appreciated. I find I can't work on Jingle's story knowing the text is wonky.

Silver Bells;
Ring-a-ling, hear them ring... |
She had been so proud when she bought those black gloves at the department store. They were name brand and looked so smart against her new red jacket, which was also name brand. She had grown up with cheap knock offs and thrift store clothes her entire life. She had always longed for the name brands when she was a child. It always seemed to her adolescent self that if only she had fancier clothes, she could have been more friendly, more popular, and happier. It had seemed to her, everything would be solved with a nice jacket.
"If only, if only, the mockingbird sang," Jingle Bell sang, mockingly to herself.
She had left a job where she had been, if not happy, content, or at least in theory, Jingle Bell left she had been content. She had gotten one that paid better and allowed her the luxury to buy fancy jackets and clothes occasionally. But it seemed reality had more of a taste for irony then Jingle Bell had figured.

"What do you mean I'm bound to this Island?" Waterfalls said, stunned. "You promised you'd help me! You promised. I even went and got all those items for you."
"I did help you, fishling," Marena sang. "You definitely aren't Common anymore. Your story is with me now."
"No, it can't be," Waterfalls said, unconsciously taking a few steps back. He fell backwards, getting his new horns and fins tangled in some sea-weed.
"Child, you stole from your owner," Marena said with ice in her voice. "You stole the map peices and sP to get here all because your spoiled heart couldn't wait for another second to be special. Face it, even if you could leave, your master wouldn't want you anymore."
"NO!" Waterfalls yelled, his blue eyes flashed with a new rage. The rage scared Waterfalls even more. "No, you are wrong, she loved me."
"Loved you? Boy you stole from her. And now look at you, you have no where left but here. No one left, but me."
Tears welled up in Waterfalls eyes, as he fled from the Sea Witch's presences. His fins getting tangled in the sea weed by the jungle lagoon. It was dark, but he managed to make it back to the tavern he had seen earlier. His back feet caught the new fins on his forelegs, sending him rolling into a pile of garabge and empty bottles. Week old 'galley surprise' hung from his horns and fins as he started to pick the worst of the 'surprise' from his fur. Only to find he had cut his left forepaw on a broken bottle. The tears started to well in his eyes.
This wasn't what he had planned for at all. He was suppose to find the treasure and bring it home. Make Mother so proud of him. She would forget all about dumb Edgar and pay attention to him. He'd paint himself and show her...but all did was end up a monster in a stinking pile of trash.
The Sea Witch was right. Even if he could leave the isle, he couldn't go home. He was a monster. He had stolen from his family. He'd never see his mom, brothers, or sisters again. Waterfalls collasped in the rubbish. Crying in the living room sofa was a lifetime ago.
"You there, boy!"
Waterfalls looked up to see a rough looking pirate staggering in his direction. Waterfalls sunk into the rubbish, hoping the pirate was talking to someone else.
"Give me 500sP so I can get out of this cold," the drunk pirate yelled at Waterfalls.
"I don't have 500sP," Waterfalls stuttered, terrorified in the dark. "I spent the last of my money on items for Ma..."
<Br>
"Don't be so stingy, you little son of a bitch," the pirate slurred, taking out a dagger of his belt. "Give me some money or I'll make some money off that mangy pelt of yours."

- I have very limited coding skills, but....maybe this bit:
{margin: auto; position: center;}
Should be changed to position: absolute ?
If you are referring to the petdesc area....
You have competing widths which pushes the story outside the area. You should set the table and widths to 100%.
Thanks for the suggestion, but that just sets the profile to the left side.
I tried your way, but then the text area doesn't take up enough space.
The different widths haven't affected the setup in the past; however in the past the content was set to 800px. Both my old way and your way seems to work as long as I stay inside of 800px for content.
However, I tried 1000px for content this time and something isn't meshing up right. I feel your way should have worked to achieve the desired affect.
Maybe I just need to build a new pet proflie from the ground up.
Thanks for the help, the both of you guys!
You have the width to 60%, that is why it is not so wide.The story is filling up that 60% space. Change the width to 100%.
