Belier says: Err... that was SO boring! ^ This is the most misleading message ever. I always thought my pet wouldn't play with toys because he didn't like them, like on Neopets (not sure if this is a thing here, too), but I just found out it's because he's at max happiness.
So I'm not exactly sure how this message works, if you only get it from playing at full happiness, or if pets really just don't like certain items. Either way, it doesn't seem like a fix would be that hard. If the message only displays when playing with a pet at full happiness, then obviously the message only has to be changed, which takes, what, 5 seconds? In which case, I'm amazed it hasn't been changed yet. If there really are multiple cases where pets will display this message, then obviously there's already a check for max happiness, and a new message just needs to be added. Not that hard, either.
Either way, PLEASE fix this!
Full support! This question comes up in the help forum quite a bit so making the message clearer (or allowing toys to be played with regardless of happiness) would be fantastic.
Pinging to look at this ^^
Personally I agree, it's currently a little confusing, not to mention our pets are at max happiness so maybe they should say something more polite to us? Ahaha.
if you think it's a good idea and want to write a better message, let me know and I can update it <3

This is being changed now, the new message will be "I think I need a rest from all this playing!" - hope that clears it up that they're done playing for now rather than they don't like a certain toy!
Locking as resolved :)
