I wanted to buy some more CSC and when I click the total I wanted to purchase-- I see the card check out thing pop up for about one second but then the page refreshes. I tried opening it in a new window and it still did it.

Do you have any add ons to your browser that could be preventing the popup from staying up?

I have some adds on but I don't think it'll affect that. I'll try it through another browser and see if it works.

Edit: Destiny, I think that was the problem. When I switched to Internet Explorer it seemed to work. I don't know which add on was affecting Subeta but I'll keep that in mind in the future. Thank you.
