Unable to move items from old shop to new shop

Hello!
I have come back from a very long hiatus and am trying to access my old shop. it has a triangle with an ! inside of it. I followed the New Shop Guide sticky, but am still unable to transfer all the items into my new shop. Can someone assist me in this? Thank you!

When you attempt to move the items to your new shop are you getting any type of error?
yes! I am getting a message "you have been directed from the wrong place!" and nothing happens.
Which browser are you using?
Can you note the steps you have taken before getting this error?
I am using Chrome. First I didn't know about the new shops guide. So I would go to the Commerce tab/shops/click on Hello? Yes this is Dog shop with the ! next to it.
Then it would show me this. Then I should click on "select all" and first, I tried to move it to my vault, when I got this message. That's when I went to the shops guide to create a new shop. So instead of trying to move them to my vault, I attempted to move them to my new shop and got the same message.

Not sure exactly why you're getting the message, since it sounds like you're following the correct steps. I'm wondering if it has to do with it trying to load an old page/from old cookies. Have you tried clearing your cache and browsing cookies and then attempting?
Reya I too have a bit of an issue in regards to the transfers. I transferred a large amount of beanbags, plushies, and stickers from my vault into various galleries. The first transfer of beanbags said it was in queue, only about 9 went in, and all else never showed up. None transferred of my plushies and stickers. Do you have an idea of how long it may take for everything to come out of queue? This was about 10:30 pm subeta time last night, and they are still not there this morning. I haven't received and error notices, and none in regards to the transfer. Can you help?
I'm also a returning user and the Select All button isn't even clickable at all. I have 50 pages of items and issues with my hands so I'd really like to avoid having to move them click by click one at a time. I'm trying to get them from the old shop into my vault. I've tried on both Safari and Firefox.

- Were you able to get them moved? It'll just be the 'All' part under Remove that will be clickable.
I did, thank you! Now to figure out what's wrong with my avatar. It shows a broken picture and wearable items don't show in hover preview. My avatar is just empty white space when I dress up in the Wardrobe. I'm still a zombie as I can visit Skitters. Perhaps there was some change there?
I believe they all did. The item counts didn't seem to be right, and I moved so many things, there is no way I could remember everything. But, I filled out a ticket and was told that everything had moved and there was nothing in queue. The few items that I could remember that are worth millions did show, so all is good! Thanks for asking :)
