So the NPC at the job agency has no name. If you look at the image address, you'll see his name as "jobagencyboss"

I go there pretty often to collect my pets' salaries. and this guy having no name makes me really sad T-T So, subeta, let's name this guy and hope the staff agrees with one of the names we come up with. [bonus points if you want to give him a backstory]

it would only be fair for me to start, right? name: Constantine occupation: runs the Job agency, duh! age: 37-ish? in human years likes: fashion - must be a regular at Subeautique and at Accessory Bin, and skiing, therefore he goes to The Arctic Frost to ski whenever he needs a vacation. resides in: Centropolis, where he grew up good/evil character? neutral leaning towards good. he has the really bad habit of chain-smoking, with some people saying he smokes in his sleep. his voice sounds a bit high pitched, making people think he's screaming a lot. relations to other NPC: has a secret crush on Natasha [from Blue Building], Nathaniel [from the hair salon] is his younger cousin. [?] and he likes working with Saggitarius the most why does he look like an Irion? Maleria cursed him, and she refuses to lift the curse - nobody knows why did she do it, or how to lift said curse.

I mean I think it's pretty clear from the image URL that his name is Job Agency Boss. I must say, his tie is fabulous.
