'0 in your safe' error

I tried to move a page of items from my vault into my shop and ended up with a 502 page. When I refreshed the page, I found that the items were still 'there' but have also - as far as I can tell - moved into my shop:
Attempting to move the items resulted in an error page saying 'Failed to move item(s)!' Are they stuck in some kind of limbo? I saw there's another vault error thread but this seems like a different issue.
If they are still there later (give it maybe an hour or so to make sure they aren't just cached weirdly or something) please open a ticket and a staff member can remove the glitched items from your vault.
