Well, I'm needing help again. This time it's with my pet, Tidus Zanar (a fanpet of Tidus from FFX, in case you couldn't tell).

I hadn't checked his profile in a while, but I went on and check Raiden's and found that Photobucket messed it up by now wanting to charge to have third party support, so I moved all the assets to a new image hosting site, and that fixed things...

Tidus Zanar, however... wasn't so lucky, as you can see here. While I found out how to make his age and me being the one who owned him, the background got wonked and shows the rest of the site when it didn't previously. If anyone can help with the coding, I'd be greatly appreciated, since this will make Tidus my second Pet ready for the Pet Spotlight.

This should obliterate most of the site from your page, beyond the necessary stuff and content you add+manipulate yourself. I'd recommend putting it at the top of your coding.

It's a bit redundant in places (if you couldn't tell) but it does the trick. You'll want it in your css brackets, ofc. You'll also probably want to remove the pet name -- since it's already on the background image -- and probably make your background image bigger, too... it's incredibly small, even on the itty bitty laptop I'm using right now.

I'd also recommend that you space out the friends section a bit, because a lot of the text is overlapping the pet friend images, and it looks rather messy, at least on my end.

How do I do that? I mean spacing out the pet friend images, I mean?

[edit] The picture is full-sized on the picture-hosting site that I've got it on now, but it just shows the shrunk-down version of it, and I can't get it to do the full-sized version. If you click on the picture in the link, you'll see it goes from the smaller version to the larger version, but when I put it on as the background, it doesn't go full-sized, and I don't know why...

I would recommend tinkering with the font size and padding in the friends section-- this is a snippet from one of my pages where I edited both of those so I could fit three friends per row.

{padding:25px; font-size: 12px;} You'll have to mess with the values on your own terms, since these may be too large for your profile.

Alternatively, you could rig it up so that your pet friends display one-per-row with the text aligned to the left, as so:

But that might not fit your profile unless you wanted to redo the background image to accomodate the change in height and width, so it's up to you. I just personally recommend avoiding any and all messiness in images/text when gunning for making a Spotlight-worthy profile.

Yea... Before the screw ups with Photobucket, it looked perfect, but after them wanting you to pay for third party hosting, well... We see what happened.

Looks like I might just have to redo it, but then I'll have to hope that the hosting site doesn't shrink the background like it did then.
