Here is where I arrived after a couple iterations (remember order matters now):
[Item=bear head bomb][Item=Amulet of Neutrality][Item=Acorn Bomb][Item=Tainted Keeper Skull Staff][Item=Rainbow Vortex][Item=Poisoned blowdart]
Scrolls: [Item=Inferno Scroll][Item=Inferno Scroll][Item=Inferno Scroll][Item=Inferno Scroll][Item=Gift of the Forj Scroll][Item=Gift of the Forj Scroll][Item=Gift of the Forj Scroll][Item=Gift of the Forj Scroll][Item=Gift of the Forj Scroll][Item=Gift of the Forj Scroll][Item=Gift of the Forj Scroll][Item=Gift of the Forj Scroll][Item=tasselled aegis scroll]
The idea here is to not ever need to click on a weapon or scroll, unless it gives you a very big benefit.
With my set up the turns would go like this: Turn 1 STS + BHB + Inferno Turn 2 AON + Acorn bomb + Inferno Turn 3 TKSS + RV or AoN + Inferno Turn 4 TKSS or RV + Freezer + Inferno Scroll Turn 5 Opponent Frozen TKSS + Constant + GOTF Turn n TKSS + constant + TA scroll
Notes
Controversial slots: -Acorn bomb vs 1x Healer - I could see this going either way. Most of the time I die long before I would get a chance to use it, so I think the slightly higher damage in the opening algorythym is worth more than the potential late run turns that a pquill or something could add -The Ether vs a non item generating constant. The Ether + TKSS is great vs all the Dark EArth and Physical icons, but I hate the item generating on the Ether. I'm actually subbing in ME right now. If a fixed weapon box is implemented to hold the move turn button is implemented, the Ether would be an easy best in slot weapon for weapon .

Nice setup you have! I am sacrificing the full block to take the battle fast route this year and just rack up the losses to be able to get in and out of battles faster. I do block on the first turn technically with the void scroll, but my weapons for that turn are the bear head bomb and energized mecha, all modded with crits.
I only use two of those weapons and none of those scrolls with my biggest pets. I'll have to see how I feel once I get to the smaller pets that have trouble staying alive. I use the Mr. Meeseeks style for boss battles: they are are here to do the simple task of max damage and then die. Lol
Since I get quite a few turns in, I go for curse+bomb. so i go mecha+helm (this is the only turn I have to scroll to select TA instead of freeze scroll) then tball+bear bomb + freezer then lighter + cronus + freezer then just cronus + baal for the boost and icon stacking. I have skelly staff as last wep sometimes I do cronus and skelly staff to heal up a bit if I feel it might be worth it (it never really is cause who knows when you'll take the big hit). mods are just the typical crit/singed which could be min maxed but meh. I feel this setup is a decent balance of quick to use and efficient turns.
Ya so I definately forgot that Chain freezing works on him. Went from doing about 10K-12K damage a battle to what seems to be 20K+ damage per battle.
Oops hopefully we get a nightly tally lol.

Woa, that's a lot of GotF. I'm jelous! Looks like a really solid setup. I have just been mashing with my infinite use attackers while using freezing scrolls. That seemed ok for my tier 13, but with the tier 10 I'll need a bit more strategy.
