Is it possible to make a filter that when you see a wishlist of another user it shows only the items that you have in your account from that wishlist? It can save a lot of time and make things easy when selling or looking to gift a friend.

do you mean like the "you have this item" that used to show up on wishlists?

yes but instead the "you have this item" it just lists all the items you have in the categories while hiding the items that you don't have in your account..

you may want to read this post and maybe a few others after that, explains that something like this really isn't possible with our current resources.
