I'm not sure how to get this achievement

"Happy Anniversary!

Yay! We've been here for another year! 😀"

It doesn't say retired, and Ive been here for 5.5 years. I'm confused.

That's one of the legacy achievements from forever ago. I'm afraid none of them are available anymore. You can see all of 'em here, if you're curious.
