Okay, IM NOT SURE HOW WELL THIS WILL GO but hello!! I'm a first year animation student and I have a small task of creating and presenting a number of characters and creatures. I'm having fun with it, but I thought i might challenge myself to try and practice drawing things I wouldn't usually, so I thought that this would be a fun idea!

All you have to do is send me a prompt and I will try sketch/or line it for you!

EXAMPLE PROMPT

"six legged raptor dog" bam! other prompts could be: '3 legged dog with feathers', 'dragon cat', 'lemur made of fruit', idk have fun!

these sketches will be apart of an assignment i will submit. So please think carefully about giving me OCs! and feel free to include a bunch of prompts for me to pick one

heck yeah you can. It's for my first year character design class. We essentially have to draw a bunch of simple characters, choose one, and then go through the process of creating, rigging and animating it! I chose the character I'm going to develop fairly early on, so now I thought I'd just draw a bunch of other characters just to fill up my pre-production portfolio !

nice! Have you made any little animations already? And the pupper is A+ would snuggle! It def is easier when there's not too many parts to keep track of, I bet! And dabbing owls are my aesthetic, truly

@ fred Honestly, not much that would be of interest xD mostly just animations that demonstrates different techniques (for example, a bouncing ball or something of that nature).

I did do a 20 second floursack animation for a class (god knows why it had to be a floursack) but I haven't uploaded it to show ppl haha ;-; (this is not my video but you get the idea (youtube link))

First semester was pretty much just the basics, this semester i'll be doing some of the (harder) flashy, fun stuff!
