I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but it is about a quest, so...

This is a very small bug, but also has a very quick fix. When you go to the weekend quest giver's page where you can start a quest, the green banner is only above the quest dialogue, whereas the pages when you're on an active quest and turning in a quest, the green banner is above both the dialogue and the quest giver's picture. This creates kind of a wonky shift of the page. The problem is that the coding on the "start quest" page is:
