Looks like I've gotta be more careful with my antivirus software! My most beloved pet, Jets, is no longer on this account, seemingly replaced by a strange pet named gult. Some of my other accounts look like they've been messed with, too. Looking for staff to try and at least get my pretty bae Jets back. And change my paralix name back. (Though I've forgotten to what) anything helps. Thanks!

I don't use public computers, and other petsite accounts; verpets, FlightRising, and neopets, even my Ayways was hacked.

That seriously sucks. It seems like it's been a lil' more than a month since your Subeta Account has been hacked. My only suggestion is add a pin number to everything you do? Like log in and abandon pets? Not sure what else to say. :(

Have you filed a ticket? The staff will help you as much as they can that way, if they can.

I did get a ticket in today, right as I wrote this. Technically, I couldn't seem to find a way to do it on mobile before I crashed asleep last night. Here's hoping the staff can help!

Do you use the same email for all the sites? If your email's been compromised, then all the accounts that use that email are endangered, too.
