Hi there! I hope there wasn't a thread on this already, but I did a quick search and didn't see anything. I have an Epic Muse item in my inventory, and I keep trying to transform it into an Epic Battle Helmet. I've tried three times, and no dice. For whatever reason it'll tell me I transformed the item, and then upon going back to my inventory nothing has happened. The Epic Muse is still there.

The page where it says it is transforming have you clicked the actual battle helmet item?

D'oh! I feel silly now, haha. I did not. I swear the rest of the items with one transformation have never asked me, but maybe I'm just losing my mind... at any rate, thank you for pointing that out to me. I have it working now 😄

No problem. The same thing happened to me a little while ago and I filed a ticket. Haha. Glad it worked. They should make it a little clearer. this is not a bug but maybe something could be done to make it clearer the item still has to be clicked on even if it is a single transforming item option
