I was wondering if there are any animated clothes for the HA?

I know some HA items have animated images, such as... ...but I don't think there are any that actually show an animation in the actual HA.

if you're talking animations on the actual overlay (not the item art) then nope! All overlays are made in PNG, which doesn't support animation!
