Hey all! I've finally got around to polishing up a lift-the-flap style of pet profile, and I'd like to offer it to you guys!

This profile includes: [li]Three animated clickable 'flaps' that reveal more information [li]An area for a story, TC, spotlight and credits [li]An animated scrolling background [li]An animated scrolling TC

Within the code are several /EDIT ME/ segments which explain how to customise things such as the TC and background animations.

JUST THE CODE is 100CSC. You will receive the code as is displayed on the demo, containing notes on how to customise it yourself. You can use it as much as you want, as long as I am credited.

A CUSTOMISED VERSION is 250CSC. I will create you a profile using this code with any colours and images you like. I am happy to make a simple custom tiled background, and I can swap the TC for pet friends, minion or stats. I sadly have no time to customise this profile code as I have a full time job. Apologies!

Thank you muchly! I hope my little notes in the code are enough for you to have a good mess around with it. I don't think I added a note to this part in particular, but you can change the perspective px on the pet_info div to change the intensity of the 3D effect. It will probably be a more subtle change on this profile than a few others I've done, however :0

Question! Could it potentially not have a moving bg? I'd love a new profile for an older pet of mine, but had an idea in mind for the bg.

It depends what needs doing! If you already have the background image and it's already useable/needing minor edits I'd be happy to do it for free :D

Awh thank you ! ;w; (Hope you don't mind me not pinging you - I wouldn't want to bug you, after all!) Every year I'm impressed by how much can be done with CSS, I couldn't not use the 3d transforms to do something wacky!

Mostly purples and blues in terms of colors, maybe some reds? Just something textured and purple for the background, like the one I have. I hope that's not too much! I'm just really, really keen on this profile design.

Oh, it's awesome you know him! It's definitely been a while since OFF was popular. :P I got on the hype boat several years late and I've been trying to keep it afloat. And I'm glad it's all alright with you. I never want to ask too much because I know how much of a pain in the ass that is, being an artist. I've sent the offer! This is so cool! I'm extremely tempted to try it on one of my pets, but I have a couple questions if you dont mind~ Can the size/shape/position of the flaps be changed, or are they only available in that specific layout? Can more flaps be added? And can the color of the flaps be changed to an image, or would that ruin the code?

Awh thank you! And of course I don't mind (sorry for getting all wordsy but I tried to explain the best I can):

If I was going to customise it myself, I wouldn't really want to change the size/shape/layout of the flaps as it involves more work than you might think! Each flap has a bounding transparent box which is actually what that gets targeted and moves everything inside it - this is because the targeted element needs to touch the top of the page. A feature of anchor links(which are used) is that the page moves to that point, and if that element doesn't start at the top of the page, the page will jump to it. Which doesn't look so great P: Whilst it's entirely possible to do, changing the size and position means changing all of those too, and if I'm totally honest I would rather spend the time fighting the hydragellos atm. You'd be welcome to try it yourself, however!

Using an image for the flaps is fine, but be aware that the image shows on both sides. If you want it to only show on one, you'd have to position it slightly further forward or back using a z transform. I'm happy to do those, however c:

Fair enough on the whole size/shape/layout thing, I've only done a small insignificant amount of coding so I can only imagine the headache! I think your code would be fun to mess around with a little bit (if that's okay with you, of course! Full credit would still obviously go to you!)

Now, would it possible at all to have one side of the flap be one image, and the inside a different image? Or would that mean more coding than its worth? XD I had added a question to my previous post, not expecting a fast response, so in regards to adding more flaps...by moving stuff around and copying/pasting the flap code, would it be feasible to have say...6 flaps? I understand if not, I just have this idea in my head and want to know if it'll even be a "maybe" before I get my hopes up!
