Hi Does anyone know of a good free program to use with a tablet? I just bought one, and the program I use it with is fine, but it doesn't have that many options.

Please and thank you!~ c:

Cause you do digital art ;D

The only one I know is GIMP for drawing and Inkscape (?) for vector :/ A couple of years ago I got ArtRage4 on a Steam sale and it was pretty good! I haven't used it much because I need to study it a bit (it's much faster to do stuff on a program you already know, in my case PS) but I paint trere from time to time, specially for watercolor effects witch is much easier to make then in photoshop =/

Oh man, depends on your tablet.

Right now I'm on a surface pro 4, and SAI is /terrible/ on it, so I use Photoshop.

When I owned a wacom (bamboo and then cintiq a few years apart), I used SAI a lot. SAI seems to only really work well for wacom =/.

Mischief has a great free trial that's fun to play with. Iirc you can't really save files, but print screen is your friend - unless you want the layers, then maybe avoid mischief and it's never ending canvas :9

Gimp, sai, fire alpaca, mypaint are all fun. If you're looking for an online place (re: not a software), I think oekakis still live around here somewhere, and PaintBerri is just like Tegaki used to be, aka you can write and draw comments in reply to pictures, roleplay, ect ect.
