I need a little help, I have been raising my first battle pet as a standard Health-Strength build. I found some weapon that damage base on defense/speed, but can't find recommended set. Said new battle pets are still tire 2 and still uses standard strength-based weapons, but I want to raise them further. So, a long therm guild will be very appreciated.

Would you mind explaining further? You mean you can't find recommended set for high defence/speed build? And by saying you want to raise your T2 pets 'further', you mean you want to increase their speed so they can use speed-based a weapons earlier than planned?

There's a list of stat-based scaling weapons here if you want to take a look. You might want to scroll down a bit because the first part of the post is for tier-based scaling weapons. Or you can Ctrl + F for "Stat-based Scaling Weapons" to see the list.

Thanks for the link, I didn't know where to look for defense/speed weapon. I think after you gave me the choice, I should be able to make some decent set.

Yes, I see only "generic" tire set recommendation around. About rising further means I will accept set with weapon that scale with tire because they won't stay tire 2 for too long.

What particular weapons are you looking at using? Most of the scaling weapons are found ">here. One that I see that's missing is comet flash, which reaches its full potential at 2,500 defense. Depending on what weapons you want to use, you can see in that guide how many stats you will need for that weapon to work best. If you are asking how to train, that is entirely up to you to decide. There really is no wrong way to build your pet (unless you have something like only 100 strength, 100 defense or 100 health). Some builds will allow you to beat certain opponent earlier than others, but in the end once your pet is at a high enough tier you will be able to beat everyone.
