Hi so I bought a profile from a user who is no longer active. This was last year or the year before that. I've been on hiatus for a long time and after returning I find that it's completely muddled and the background image is missing. What should I do? I still have the old code they gave me. I paid quiet a bit for it too. Is there anyone who could take a look at the code or tell me what's wrong...If it can't be fixed I will just have to purchase a new one. But I don't want to unless I know it's hopeless. Please help an old girl out <3

Do you have the background image saved somewhere? If not, then it's probably missing for good unless you can get ahold of the person who made it, unfortunately. So with that in mind it might be that you will need to commission a new profile graphic at the least.

Is this your user profile? (Because the rest of the profile looks okay to me - could you go into detail, perhaps, about what parts are muddled?)

Well the columns are out of place, background image and text are missing. There was the cheshire cat with some text. The whole order is different. I guess I will commission a new one because their account seems inactive and their profile layout is also messed up which is unusual for a profile designer on here. I don't have backups :( Anyway thank you so much. I guess this can be closed or deleted?
