I just now got a Tempest event. I went and bought what she wanted, but when I went back to her....it said it had been too long. I did not wait before I returned to her either. I also now have 2 of the items that she wanted without double clicking that.

Ah, sorry. I haven't had Tempest in so long I completely forgot what she did. Thanks. Ooops.

No problem at all, ! She has a good like 25 items or so now in her pool that she might give you, so def keep an eye out for her. She's more likely to pop up on rainy mondays (you'll notice the maps have a rain overlay on mondays for a bit). :)
