I noticed while doing Quentin's Quests and wondered if this was intentional? I don't recall if the bear balloons originally were all from lakeside. I apologize if this was indeed done on purpose but I noticed it and searching about the issue revealed nothing to me so I thought I'd mention it here.

In the shop the only bear balloons are: white, yellow, blue and black.

These are the balloons missing from the carnival shop: green, orange, pink, purple, red

They all have the same rarity (Game Prize) and the item IDs indicate they were all created at the same time so perhaps they fell through the cracks? (I'm hoping they were just mistakenly overlooked because that means a)yay I'm helpful and b)more balloons)

I've noticed before that there are other balloon items that seem to be missing from the Carnival shop besides just the bear ones. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but maybe this can get looked into again and we can possibly get those missing items back.
