I like it! :3c I'm guessing this is just the line art and you're going to color it or something? (or if it's going to be a tattoo like the url says, that it will be colored or shaded?) As is, the inner lines are a bit uneven and bulky which makes it just a little hard to make out, but that would just be a stylistic thing if it had colors or shading. Or optionally the inner lines could be finer and the outline could be the same or just a bit thicker. That's what I think... But the design itself is pretty solid. o u o )b Cute dragon is cute.

I don't believe the right paw comes from the same dragon as the left paw, reducing the closer one and bringing it down/ away from the neck line would show it better. The line above the left thigh also doesn't need to be there or could be made much closer to the ribbing. (Their ribbing is not to be drawn at the exact middle because the dragon is facing us from their right.) The tail is stylish but I'm confused about the bottom and top proportions because the back-curve continues in almost equal thickness. Overall cool design.
