The SB is not working properly for me. I can't see any new posts I make or anyone else makes without having to constantly refresh the page.

Not refreshing for me either. Has been going on for a little while now? (Since maybe...11:30pm-12pm.) Happens for me in FF and in Chrome, as well as on mobile. Cleared my cache and still had the issue.

Watch for that moment... and when it comes, do not hesitate to leap.

Not refreshing for me as well. Still have to refresh to see new posts. I am using chrome and had the same issue on my mobile.
