right now the only ones I can think of off the top of my head are these

I think matches that description. Possibly ? It's hard to tell. There's a few where it's not clear if the hands are under the coat or in the pockets. There's also lots of ponchos of course, but I'm sure that's not what you want. I'll keep looking. is draped over one shoulder.
If you're desperate and/or Subeta rich, there are a few CW sets that follow that format, like , and , and doesn't have any recolors. I definitely thought there would be more than this when I started looking. There goes my plan to make a Yu-Gi-Oh cosplay some day. :P Best of luck with your design.
