I have got all the items for this, but the genetic lab means all the time this is an invalid combination. I have figured out which items need. I'm not sure if it's allowed to spoil.

Anyway it doesn't work and I believe it have to work.

I took the two items listed on the Caesious Moth entry at SubetaLodge, and also got "Oh No! Invalid Combination!"

not sure if their entry is wrong for the items needed, or if there's a problem with the lab

[edit] You do need those two items, but you don't actually need to use the Genetech lab.... Click on the time machine in your inventory, and click "activate time machine". Then click to put the grub item into it, and you should get: The machine whirs and buzzes. Once it is done the doors open and a Caesious Moth comes out!

I think using the time machine from your inventory is the only way (maybe originally it was done through the lab, but that doesn't seem to be an option now, regardless of what it says at SubetaLodge)

In that case it would be fine if the staff told at Subeta Lodge if items are no longer works to create at the genetic lab. Some items to use are pretty expensive.

The confusing thing is though that it is listed as

Rarity: Genetech Combo (165)

in the hover, which would lead to the assumption that it is indeed created in the Genetech Lab. O_o

These items are not supposed to be made in the lab. They're supposed to be done the way explained - by using the time machine from your inventory :)

But I think you are right that it's a bit confusing. It might be a good suggestion to change the rarity to something more accurate.

Thank you for this usefull info. So to keep in mind raity 165, is no longer avaiable to create at the genetic lab.
