If this has been requested I didn't find.. is it possible to put CW shops here?

There are shops showing that are from people frozen that no one is able to buy from, there are random shops seen when I look for custom wearables here but you can't see them all. It is very frustrating to have to look in the wardrobe for CW's.

How do you get to the CW feed page (your second link)? Is it only available to people who make CWs? I could see adding that to a menu tab, like commerce, or personal, but not to the regular NPC shop page.

Overall a better way to shop for CWs needs to happen. I don't bother because I can't really afford them, but on top of that the few times I have been interested I got so frustrated trying to find something that I just gave up.

Trying to "slot" on something is intimidating unless you're part of the "in group."

Trying to buy already existing CWs is frustrating because sorting through +24,000 items in the wardrobe is impossible - and even if you do find something you want, chances are good the item is unavailable.

Some way to highlight items that are buyable needs to happen.

This isn't really related to the shops page itself but inside the shops, would it be possible to add a toggle for whether or not you want to see the most recent items at the top or bottom of the page? It used to show the newest items at the top and I'm assuming that was changed for a reason but some people have really big shops and it's really a pain to scroll all the way to the bottom if you get sent an invite for an item you've slotted on.

That, or could the link in the sMail with the password in it also link directly to buying the item? I've seen people link directly to that page before (so all you have to do is confirm), so it should be possible to link to the password input page also, right?

You get to the CW feed page through the dropdown on the cash shop tab in the regular menu. Is it not there for you?

Okay, I'm totally blind and stupid...I was looking for CW and just didn't see "Custom Wearables" - my bad :P

Honestly? The CW feed needs an intensive overhaul, because I am so sick of refreshing the page to find CW shops other than the ones I follow. What I would LOVE is shops sorted alphabetically by username, choosing a letter and then getting shops run by users with "A" being in the first letter of their username and then, underneath the alphabet, an option to show only the shops you follow. I will be frank; the current way of doing it is shit. Bc, like, "Here's some shops you follow, and some random ones! Have fun refreshing to find other shops than the same four you see!"

it's apparently ok to buy from frozen users' shops (or at least it was in '15, which was the latest update i could find without making my own ticket to ask) so i don't really mind seeing them come up on my feed because i'm nosy and there's some nice stuff out there i wouldn't mind saving up for. but i don't want to look for all these shops myself by pulling up the userid for any old item that's not listed in shop search, so i would appreciate some better way of browsing through all the available wears through the feed p:
