Okay, as someone who was hoping for a D&D inspired pet, I noticed that we have a severe lack of dice on Subeta. We have D20s, we have Percentiles (which are incorrectly referred to as "ten-sided dice". While this description is technically true, a D10 would be marked with the numbers 1-10, not 00-90), we have a D10 that doesn't restock, we have a D6 and various pairs of D6s, and then we have a wearable D4.

So, we're missing true 4-sided dice, 8-sided dice, true 10-sided dice, and 12-sided dice. And we really need them to come in sets. For instance, we have the "Onyx" Twenty-sided Die, but then we only have the "Black" Ten-sided Die. While you can purchase dice in random bulk, the majority of them come in a matching set of 7 (D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20, and Percentile). Even if just a few sets were created to match the current D20s on site, that would be amazing!

Agree. I have a gallery of platonic solids. I haven't found any D8s or D12s for it (in any form, die or not).

What about, instead of having every type of die, you could buy an item that was "set of [adjective] dice" and it was a box containing one of each type, in a certain color?

That would be less work for the artists I think, cuz they wouldn't have to draw all of the differently sided die, they could just draw a single item that includes all of them and do recolors of that.

From a lore perspective, I'm not sure how much it makes sense to have a lot of die because I don't think many Subeta games need the different varieties. Dark Matter Dice uses 6-sided dice only. Mazes and Mahars, a game we get to play ourselves and which I enjoy being able to buy the specific cards for it as Subeta items, also doesn't seem to use dice. If we were to get more game-themed items I think I might prefer if there were more references to Subeta games vs real-life games. That's just my personal preference though.

Lack of die is the main reason I don't include them in my three D&D-based pets' TCs. I like Bug's suggestion of a boxed set with recolors, to put some ease on the artists. (on a related note, I also wouldn't mind seeing more of the class miniatures - there's no druid one, for example).

Dice sets would be acceptable, although in my preference, not ideal. As for Subeta lore, we do already have miniatures, a Game Master Compendium, a Game Master Screen, a Voynich Manuscript, and a Players Pamphlet, so there is reason to believe that tabletop dice games do indeed exist outside of just Mazes and Mahars.

I would also enjoy an increase in the variety of miniatures.
