I realized I had enough sP to buy a pet slot, so I did. I began haunting the adoption center to find the perfect pet, and there he was: a nostalgic paralix. I immediately adoptedhim . I carefully searched for an appropriate minion and gave it to him. Today, he is gone. I searched and he belongs to somebody else, adopted the same day I adopted him. He is no longer nostalgic, but he still has the minion. I am on my cell, so I have no idea how to file a ticket. I am upset. How would this happen? I know the petname but I decided not to post it here. Please excuse the mistakes my phone won't let me correct them.

thank you. I followed the link, wrote a report, clicked submit, and it took me back to the same page. I looked, no ticket. I guess I'll have to wait until I get to town and can use a computer. Again, thank you for trying to help. Eta I did use desktop site to try to file the ticket

This is a scary thing! I've been on the site for a long time, and haven't heard of anyone having this problem. I hope you can get it sort out soon.

And just one wild guess, which might not be true at all. But was it possible that you accidentally abandoned the pet after attaching the minion? Because I noticed that "Attached Minion" and "Abandon Pet" are next to each other in the menu. Either way, I hope you'd be able file the ticket ASAP, and get a definite answer.

It's pretty much impossible to abandon a pet by mistake. It's not enough to just click that link. There's an sP fee and a confirmation page when you abandon a pet. and if you want an extra safety net you can set a PIN and enable it for abandoning pets.

I could tell it was bothering you. Pets are wonderful!

@ Kisrah It'd be impossible if the pin is set up, and I should have mentioned that in my previous post. Not particularly directing to at all, but without pins people can make mistakes, especially on mobiles, and accidentally press confirmation without reading them, or it's possible to click "yes" by accident when page jump happens. I do personally set up pin for abandoning pets, because I'm a helpless and paranoid wreck, and I'll avoid anything that might make me abandon a pet accidentally xD...

Again, it's just a wild guess. 's case might be totally different, and I do apologize if my previous post sounds offensive to anyone.
