Whoa, so many new members! The first thing I'll say is: Welcome!! Thanks for joining us here!

I'm excited and glad that we have this space. I want to apologize though, because I feel like I haven't been the best leader. And right now, I feel that it's best if I step down. I have a lot on my plate all of a sudden because of joining the Subeta team, and I don't think I can give this group the kind of attention and care you all deserve.

So I would like to ask if any of you would like to take over this group? We have a lot of threads with ideas for what to do here, and a few things already started. And we have a cozy number of members too <3

I would like to hand the group to multiple people rather than just one, so it's less work for everyone. If you're interested in helping out as a group admin, please let me know in this thread. Otherwise, feel free to nominate people (either here or privately through sMail... or even anonymously, if you wanna send me an anon gift with a junk item or something!)

Being a leader is difficult! I don't think you should apologize. Will you remain in the group / remain an admin or are you leaving everything? I can understand and I respect the feeling c:! @ Bug [Edit] I'm also not sure to know who I should nominate either ... haha. I don't know everyone just yet and some have never posted or posted once.

I want to stay in the group! In fact, I might even stay an admin/mod but just... lay low, and bring others onto the team..? I'm not sure. I'd be fine with stepping down completely too. I wish I could do more :o

Ooh, that's a shame to hear you'll be stepping down, but I actually think it's best for you. You're going to be pretty busy with your new duties as a staffmember, so I think it would be good if you could focus wholly on them instead, without distractions and other obligations to stress you out! Unfortunately, I wouldn't know who'd make a good leader, either, admittedly.

Despite the fact I've had experience leading groups more than once (including a rather large art cult on Subeta before it disbanded), I'm sorry to say I wouldn't be willing to actually volunteer for this. I wouldn't have the time to devote to a commitment like this right now, and I'm like 99.9% sure it would cause me to expire aha.

I hope we get some interest soon, however - fingers crossed! I'd hate to see this group fade away so quickly after it's been founded. It's nice knowing there's a safe spot for nonbinary folk to hang about it, but ah.

I love the billboard , and congrats on joining the subeta team ! As for moderation, I honestly don't know who to nominate. While I do have more than a bit of experience moderating both online and offline groups, I don't feel that at this point in time I could.

(Also holy heckle when did we get 29 members?! Time to rethink how I'm gonna do the ENBY raffle lmao.)

I think you would be a good choice for a mod, but I'm not sure if you're interested or not.

I think a team of mods is always a good idea, because there's always going to be something that comes up and someone who gets busy with work or school or just life.

I miiight be interested. I'll think on it for a day or two, but I really have been hoping for a good, active group to be part of, and helping get the group established here would be really great. I have experience -- I'm a mod on NaNoWriMo.org for a few forums there, as well as a Municipal Liason for a region that's sort of 50/50 with being online and IRL.

i thought this said 'call for body mods' and was confused bc i thought you were looking for cw body mods

aNYWAY congrats on making staff ❤️ i'm sure that whoever goes on to becomes admin / mod will do a great job. i'd offer to help but honestly i have a habit of getting overwhelmed and leaving cx

- College is my problem too. I can definitely make time to be here, but at the same time, I'm not sure how much time I would have. I think it would be best if we had a few mods so there's coverage if one mod gets too busy for a while.

- Having someone with mod experience would be good to bring onto a team. And yeah, it should definitely be a team of mods.

But if we get choosen, we could make a team haha? :P

I completely understand about college being busy. but what do you think of all three of you (along with alaina) being mods together? it could be more manageable for all of you if there's three of you to split up the task and help each other out if someone's too busy for something.
