Maybe a picture of Juliet Wright/Henry Newman? Either persona is fine. (one thought is "Henry" with the buttons and jacket opened up enough that you can tell they're wearing a binder, but anything goes honestly)

Her hair would be slightly more unkempt and messy than is shown in the pics. Basically, less perfect. Since she's not really a typical elf. And it would be wavy and reddish-brown. I included the second pic to give you different options for her bangs, since she wears her hair different ways.
